10.The opening force of the cartridge is basically constant, and is less affected by changes in water pressure.Due to the use of magnetic technology and the unique design of the cartridge, the opening force of this product is minimally affected by changes of water pipe pressure.When the pressure of the water pipe rises from 0.1 Mpa to 1.6 Mpa, the pressure to open the magnetic cartridge only needs to increase about 1N, which is less than 10%, and the force is basically constant according to authoritative tests.

 

11.The product applies a wide range of pressure. The magnetic cartridge can work normally in the water pressure range of 0.02MPa-1.0MPa, while the working range of the traditional cartridge is basically in the range of 0.05MPa-0.75MPa.

8	Strength test	Static pressure 2.5Mpa	The cartridge is installed in the valve body and maintains closeing.it is slowly pressurized to 2.5Mpa at the water inlet,maintaining (60 ± 5S).The cartridge could not find the permanent deformation and rupture.All functions of the cartridge are normal within 0.05 ~   0.75Mpa.	For individual customers that exceed the strength test requirements of this standard, they need to repeat.New testing and validation.
