The Surface Finish

1. Blacking, zine plating, chrome plating and nichel plating for the carbon steel and the low alloy steel parts;
2. Tumbling, hand dull polishing, mirror polishing, electrolytic polishing and passivation treatment for stainless steel parts;
3. Sandblasting(including glass bead blasting, corundum-sand blasting and quartz-sand blasting), polishing and anodizing for aluminum parts.

Quality

1. 100% inspected before shipping for sample. 

2. Sampling inspection as the customer's requirements for mass production.

Lead Time

1. 3-5 days for sample.
2. Consult with customer for mass production, normally it is 15-30 days.
