From proto sample to Pre-production sample , all samples were made by them , if there is unexpected and special problem in bulk production , they will participate in QC team to factory to solve and guide the problem , so that to ensure the bulk production quality in every order .

5.Process of production

The overall process of production is first salesman sorting customer’s comments with pre-production sample to CAD room making paper pattern, then factory cutting member will flat bulk fabrics which has been checked that out on the cutting bed check bulk fabric again for defective goods, make sure no defective goods then can according to paper pattern to cut bulk, Then the cutting pieces will be subcontracted and distributed to the production workshop by the production team leader to arrange production meantime will arrange 1 piece of the first bulk production sample to let our QC to check the workmanship and size, if there is no problem, we can continue to produce the bulk goods, but if there is a problem in QC personnel will inform the production leader notice in advance to avoid possible problems in bulk production, also before production, the salesman will prepare a correct color card of material to the factory to check and confirm that the material for bulk goods are correct then can process production, during the production process, our QC personnel will also go to the factory regularly to arrange inspection, which can be divided into three inspection periods: initial, middle and final stage to ensure that no mistakes are made in each step of the production process, about two weeks before the final shipment, we will send the shipping sample to the customer for confirmation according to the customer's requirements. After the customer confirms the shipping sample and the bulk goods are approved by our QC personnel after the final inspection, we can arrange the delivery to the forwarder's designated warehouse and arrange the shipment, after the shipment, we will send the customs clearance documents (invoice and packing list) to the customer and inform him that the goods have been shipped according to the shipping schedule.
